RLC Engineering is hiring an Administrative and Accounting Assistant to help carry out essential accounting and payroll functions in their Hallowell, Maine office.
The Administrative and Accounting Assistant is critical to all business functions at RLC Engineering, which include general office administrative functions, timely & accurate submission of time records by employees and S&C Satellite duties. S&C Satellite is located in the same building as RLC and shares the same ownership. This individual must be familiar or competent with administering solid business and financial practices, monitoring revenues and expenses along with accounts payable, receivables and cash flow.
The Administrative and Accounting Assistant will report directly to the Finance & HR Manager.
