RLC SERVICES

This is a 1.5 MW/3.10 MWh battery energy storage system that will provide load
reduction that provides services to the ISO-NE wholesale energy markets. This project
helps the Madison Electric Works reduce energy costs to their consumers.

                               Cape Cod
RLC performed design and engineering services for the Cape Cod ESS Project
which consists of a 25 MW/38 MWh Energy Storage System at the Town Transfer
Station in Provincetown, MA. Engineering services consisted of ground grid design,
cable and conduit sizing, interconnection relay settings, switchgear specifications
and alignment, as well as controls and communication wiring. The Cape Cod
ESS is expected to operate in parallel with the existing utilities 22.8 kV electrical
distribution system and will also operate as an islanded resource. The ESS output
will be automatically controlled to support system events and to limit the loading
on the existing distribution system infrastructure. The facility employs Lithium Ion
batteries with a SMA inverter system.

                                    Program Management
RLC served as Owner’s Engineer and Interconnection Process technical lead
on a recently completed 62 MWdc solar program in various locations across
Massachusetts for the largest utility in the Northeast. RLC performed design,
management and construction oversight for a total of 19 sites including
                                       ground mounts and canopies.

                                       Canadian Solar
The Canadian Solar Project consists of multiple, utility scale, photovoltaic
facilities. RLC performed the role as Owner’s Engineer to review and
comment on their design, construction efforts and practices. The installed
facilities range from 8-10 MW each. The projects are unique in that they
utilize a mix of solar panels from 14,000 up to 56,500 panels per site. The
overall effort included the development of six separate project locations.

                                           Milo Solar Project
RLC provided engineering services that developed the preliminary
engineering documents necessary for the submittals of the Utility
Interconnection Application and the Annual Energy Production
Report, for a solar system that utilizes more than 100 acres of land
for development. The initial project was to provide conceptual
documentation of a proposed minimum 7.5 MWac photovoltaic based
generation facility, which has expanded in physical area and output to
                                               a potential 20 MWac site.
