Our mission is to infuse passion and integrity into everything we do. We are always looking for individuals who possess the same vision to create real-life solutions for our clients while continuing to develop both professionally and personally.

“Ability is what you’re capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.”

Our Core Values

We continue to grow our team with individuals who embody the core values of RLC Engineering; Be HONEST with yourself, your peers and customers. Take RESPONSIBILITY for your work. Be ACCOUNTABLE for your actions and personal growth. THINK outside the box. Give RECOGNITION for great performance and quality work. Strive to be a LEADER and make a positive contribution. Help others LEARN from our experiences. Recognize that TEAMWORK outperforms individual contributions.

Community Involvement

We value the communities that we live and work in and we support our employee’s involvement in causes and organizations that are meaningful to them. As a team, we support the Maine Children’s Home for Little Wanderer’s Annual Christmas Program, and Teen Challenge Maine, to name a few. Many of our employees also volunteer on their own time to raise money and awareness for causes and organizations that are meaningful to them.

Military and Veterans

Military service provides training and experience in leadership and teamwork that is a valuable asset to any team. We recognize military experience and the unique contributions that military personnel can make, whether they have served in the past or are on active reserve duty. Our employees participate yearly in the U.S. Marine Corp. Toys for Tots Campaign, helping to provide toys for children at Christmas.

Have a Good Time

It can’t be all work and no play! In the summertime, we throw family-friendly Company picnics with a lobster bake, fun activities for both the kids and adults and competitive Cornhole tournaments. Our Christmas parties are never short of delicious food and plenty of fun entertainment. Throughout the year, we also host multiple cooking and wellness challenges.

Living Our Best Life

We want our team to be happy and lead a balanced life, both inside and outside of work. We work hard, we put in an honest day’s work and then we go home to be with our families and spend time doing what we love. While at work we encourage our employees to take a break to rejuvenate themselves, to get up and move by taking a brisk walk on a trail, to challenge a teammate to a game of Cornhole, or to refuel with the supply of healthy snacks and beverages that are provided.
