It was a great insight into the Power Engineering world. I got to work with some very experienced Engineers who were all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Although RLC isn't the smallest firm it definitely has a small company feel. I learned so much at my Summer Internship at RLC that will definitely help me with the remainder of my studies. There is so much to learn in this industry and RLC has many of the resources to allow for continued learning. I look forward to returning!

Interns at RLC are given real-world projects right off the bat. Unlike many other companies, RLC views its interns as potential employees, and because of this, the team actively wants to help you learn and grow. Everyone I have worked with at RLC has been extremely quick to respond to any question I may have, give detailed answers, and are very kind people. There is a team spirit throughout the entire company, which I love

I had a lot of fun while learning and working. What was driving me to work every day was the fact that I had no idea about what I was going to learn, what type of problem was I going to solve, and what am I going to do to solve all of these challenges. The best part is you know for sure that your team will never let you down. I call this "The Rick Effect". It starts from the top and spreads all the way down and we all feel it. Moreover, I even learned how to play Ping-Pong.
