Scope of Services

  • Understand IBR PSSE and PSCAD modeling requirements in a particular utility and/or RTO.
  • Understand IEEE standard 2800 and NERC EMT guidelines, and follow the most recent industry practice.
  • Create the IBR facility PSSE and PSCAD model, verify they pass specific tests and align PSSE model performances with PSCAD.
  • Collaborative efforts with the OEMs to respond to utility and RTO requests.
  • Ensure the client has all the required technical data for the interconnection application.
