Transcanada – Canadaian Solar Project

The TransCanada – Canadian Solar Project is a multiple, utility scale, photovoltaic facilities project developed by Canadian Solar. TransCanada later purchased each project at its respective completion. RLC was hired to serve as Owner’s Engineer, on behalf of TransCanada, to review and comment on Canadian Solar’s design and construction efforts and practices.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
