The client contracted RLC to review the inspection reports and photos of the transmission structures.  An examination of the available information was used to develop a spreadsheet with an analysis of the structures. Each structure was graded using the EPRI Field Guides category A through D.  Along with the grading system, notes of the structure deficiencies were provided.  The inspection project provided Eversource with a way to assess the condition of 26,000 existing structures.

• Provided client with a consistent rating for structures using information from several sources.
• Was able to determine quality issues with field inspections crews. This allowed these crews to be trained which improved the quality of the inspection program.
