The modernization of the protective relay functions within
the electric grid involves a knowledge of power systems and
microprocessor based equipment to provide both safe and
reliable operation. Legacy equipment replacement with state-
of-the-art numerical relays represents a major sector of our

specify the proper equipment and set the new relays for
