As a team, we support the Maine Children’s Home for Little Wanderer’s Annual Christmas Program, Salvation Army, 4-H Foundation, Camp Capella, friends of the Kennebec River Trail, and Teen Challenge Maine, to name a few. When not at the office, many RLC employees volunteer on their own time to raise money and awareness for the Dempsey Center founded by Patrick Dempsey and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Military and Veterans
Military service provides training and experience in leadership and teamwork that is a valuable asset to any team. RLC recognizes military experience and the unique contributions that military personnel can make, whether they have served in the past or are on active reserve duty.

It can’t be all work and no play. In the summertime, we throw family-friendly company picnics with a lobster bake, fun activities for both the kids and adults and competitive cornhole tournaments. And our Christmas parties are never short of delicious food and plenty of fun entertainment.
