The White Lake Substation is a yard expansion. The new distribution yard expansion increases capacity and reliability with two new 62.5 MVA transformers replacing the existing 28 MVA transformers, a switchgear with integrated control enclosure, and a conventional control building with additional panels and relays.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

• Developed the design for the new yard including site plan, conduit/trenching, grounding plan and fence line.
• Developed design for two series breakers installed between 115 kV bus #1 and bus #2 with disconnect switches.
• Developed design for the 115 kV bus expanded into the new yard expansion.
• Developed design for 34 kV distribution line reroute.
• Provided construction support services including RFI’s, submittal reviews and on-site visits.
